9. Vote to approve the appointment of Mark Morin to the Economic Development Commission effectively immediately for a 3-year term to expire 6/30/15.

10. Vote to approve the appointment of Otto Prohaska to the Economic Development Commission effectively immediately for a 2-year term to expire 6/30/14.

11. Vote to approve the appointment of Nancy Coderre to the Economic Development Commission effectively immediately for a one-year term to expire 6/30/13.

12. Vote to approve the appointment of James Dyer to the Economic Development Commission effectively immediately for a 3-year term to expire 6/30/15.

13. Vote to approve the appointment of Pierre (Pete) Cournoyer to the Economic Development Commission effectively immediately for a 3-year term to expire 6/30/15.

14. Vote to ratify the contract with Concord Square Planning & Development for the Downtown Strategic Financing and Implementation Plan Consultation Services in the amount of $79,583.00. 

15. Vote to ratify the contract with Community Preservation Association and Community Opportunities Group for Master Plan Services in the amount of $110,000.00.

    Is Sturbridge’s involvement with the Community Preservation Act (CPA) vs. Southbridge’s Community Preservation Association (CPA) possibly one in the same organization?

    If Yes; Surtax of (3%) Anyone?

  2. The recording clerk objected to the minutes of the Planinng subcommittee and the Queen Kathy shut down any discussion of it. What crap.

    1. Thats why we need to elect new councilors in June. We need candidates who are honest,humble,and have integrity to go along and give there best for the taxpayers of Southbridge.
