Dear Chairman Shaun, So far I am impressed with your bearing, but after 5 minutes of trying to follow the gentleman's point (the white T-shirted one speaking at citizen's forum), I was exhausted. So I switched the channel, got caught up in the Yankees-Blue Jays game, and didn't get back until Councilor's Forum! Your show lost me, and all because you didn't enforce the rules!! Shaun, I don't mean to sound mean coz I'm not, but from here on out I hope you snap your gator jaws shut on anyone repeating themselves in a circle for more than 5 minutes. And then take the vote and give 'em whatever it is, 3 or 5 minutes more, and then that's it! Tell them to stop!!That way, I'm not tempted to change the channel!. Otherwise I got no complaints.
Well it's official! I just opened my water/sewer bills that are due Sept. 1, 2014. My water/sewer cost for my duplex are now more expensive than my tax bill, which I just paid. Why? White Water Inc., the management company we pay to mismanage our water supply. This really gets my back side when I read that an employee ripped us of for upwards of twenty thousand dollars in used brass. Then as I went into the post office to pick up my water/sewer bill I see two White Water employees rolling through town in a brand new, high-end mini van. Now what practical use does a mini van have in a maintenance/construction based operation? It's time to dump White Water and move the employees to the control of the DPW. We can control the exorbitant cost associated with this enterprise and monitor the employees much more effectively. What do these employees do all winter? Paint hydrants? They don't shovel the snow from them, as our esteem town council requires the poor guy who has one in front of their home to maintain the hydrant. So what do the 12+- of these employees do? There's no used brass left to take inventory of!DUMP WHITE WATER !!!!!!!!
