9.      Vote to confirm the appointment of Jose Altiery of Southbridge as a fulltirne Police Officer upon successful completion of medical evaluations and background checks.

10.  Vote to confirm the appointment of Santino Marcucci of   Southbridge as a fulltirne Police Officer upon successful 
completion of medical evaluations and background checks.

11. 'Vote to confirm the appointment of Dylan Langlais of Southbridge as Call Firefighter effective immediately for a 3-year term to expire June 30, 2017.

12. Vote to approve the name of the newly constructed playground at West Street School as the Michael A.Veshia Playground.

13. Vote to approve the Southbridge Youth Soccer organization and its agents to seed and perform minor, one-time upgrades to the lower West Street Soccer Field; this will be of no cost to the Town.

14. Vote to transfer $21,500.00 from account  1.190.5700.0.746     Reserve for Property Repair, Maintenance & Demo. to the following accounts     to cover insurance premiums for FY 2015:

1.940.5740.0.721	Insurance Premiums Property-Liability-Sports	$16,500.00
1.940.5740.300.721	Insurance Premiums Property-Liability-Sports  School Dept.	5,000.00

15. Vote to ratify the agreement between the Town of Southbridge and Warner-Larson in the amount of $28,000.00 for the redesign of McCann Field.

             16. Vote to ratify the amendment of Rule 4 and 4A of the Southbridge 

                   Town Council Rules and Regulations to be consistent with the town's 

                   Charter, Chapter 2, Town Council, Section 4 - General Powers and 

                   Duties, part 20402.

17. Vote to approve the Zoning Bylaw Amendment for the keeping of livestock on less than five (5) acres as recommended by the Planning Board.
