Civil Forfeiture: Legalized Theft

Have you ever heard of civil forfeiture?

You will be amazed at the power local police have over your personal property.

It can be seized solely on the basis of suspicion that it might be used in a crime.

And, if that happens, good luck getting it back.

Even more amazing, there appear to be no restrictions on how it can be used.
