A report
issued by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Office of the
Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation (ASPE) shows that in about 94
percent of cases the Congressional Budget Office overestimated how high
premiums would be. Those estimates were initially made at the time Obamacare
was being debated.
