Americans no longer dream big dreams.

The American dream is no longer a home with a picket fence and a dog in the yard.

After decades of listening to the epithet “tax and spend Liberals” the truth has become clear.

Anyone who can divorce themselves from their ideological (dare I say religious) biases need only look at the facts.

From the election of Ronald Reagan in 1980 to the election of Barack Obama in 2008, Republicans controlled the White House for twenty out of twenty-eight years.

The party of Lincoln is no longer a political party.

It has devolved into a religious cult.

Reasoned debate, the fundamental basis of a democratic society, no longer exists.

The Republican cult has proclaimed its articles of faith. Those who fail to conform are subject to excommunication.

The Nicene Creed of the Republican Cult has the following tenets:

1) Under no circumstances will we raise taxes. All Republican members of the US House and Senate have signed a pledge by Grover Norquist that they will not raise taxes under any circumstances;
