XI.A Heard Administration notified teachers they had been "selected" for the search committee. Unfortunately, the teachers hadn't applied. A few hours later a new communication came out saying they were trying to expedite the process, but we're now asking those interested to submit their names. Priceless
Buzz doesn't want any of the nepotistic teachers of the former administrations. He wants teachers that he has influence on and who will choose the ones he decides he likes.
search committees have always been a farce. Think back to Ely's search and the Sc completely dismissing the search committees recommendation. Before that it was Hanley dismissing search committees recommendation and picking who she wanted for SHS. Thats how we got Mrs Haskins as principal. Suers have the final say in who gets hired so why even bother participating in a charade..
