The slate for the Southbridge Town Election is
pretty well set. A couple of candidates had not returned their papers as of
2:30 this afternoon.
However, the big news is confirmation that Lauren
McLoughlin and Kara Donovan never even took out papers to run for re-election
to the School Committee.

The big news is McLaughlin and Donovan didn't take out papers! Just like Lisa Taratino and LouAnn Laberte did a decade ago - screw things up to the breaking point, then run out the door.

At least when Tarantino and Laliberte bailed, Prencipe stepped up and got help from the state. Right now, we are still stuck with Quinney and Abrahamson. One can only hope that the 4-3 split goes to the Paige side after the election. I would love to see Q and A be on the outside looking even more stupid than they do now.
