Former state representative Mark Carron was arraigned this morning in Worcester Court on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. If found guilty this would be his fourth such conviction.
I feel really bad for Mark. If he had only been in Southbridge and not Auburn, he could have gotten his friend, Chief Charette, to "help" him out. The liquid in bottle was most likely "fertilizer", and Charette would wait a year and a half and still not tell anyone. He also would have found a way to make sure that this never hit the press, and would have make Mark a confidential informant to protect him from prosecution. Next time, mark, when you pour your week old, uh-hum, latte, into a Poland Spring bottle, drink it before sleeping. Also, put the car in park. Another friend of Clemence, Nikolla, Livengood, and Spinelli. Who's campaign for State Rep was he about to run? They're toast now. But give him credit: he's consistent.
