9. Vote to confirm the appointment of Linda Jowett to the Cultural Commission for a 3-year term to expire June 30, 2015.
10. Vote to confirm the appointment of Jackie Varin to the Recreation Committee for a 2-year term to expire June 30, 2014 to fill the vacancy left by the resignation of Wallace MacKenzie on 2/20/12.
11. Vote to approve the Recruitment Process to fill the Fire Chief position.
12. Vote to approve the request from Rive Gauche Realty LLC to use a public parking area known as Capillo Park during evening hours of business at 150 Central Street.
13. Vote to approve the re-zoning of 114 Pleasant Street from a 2-family zone to a “light industrial” zone to create continuity of zoning
14. Vote to approve the re-zoning of 80 Marcy Street and the adjacent parking lot from a 2-family zone to a “general business” zone to create contiguous zoning in that area.

Ken I didn't go to council meeting this past Monday night or watch it on cable, but I hope that the council did the right thing and voted NO on article 12. This person should have known about zoning and parking issues prior to making changes to this building and it should not be the towns responsibilty to provide parking. He has pulled the wool over the town eyes long enough. Right Mr. Deacon
