Southbridge School Superintendent Eric Ely has launched an effort to keep the public informed regarding the truth about rumors relating to the school system. In addition, it is his desire to provide answers to Frequently Asked Questions in a concise forum.
He informed The O’Zone as well as Brent Abrahamson of his plan in an email this morning. The email read as follows:
I am hoping you can help me. I am planning on posting on our district website a list of rumors and Frequently Asked Questions with the truth, answers and additional information to help dispel misconceptions. I understand that not everyone in the community will see them but at least it is one way to provide accurate information.
I am hoping you can send me anything you would like to see me address and then help me get the word out [as] I post the information on our district website.
In an effort to cooperate with this attempt to improve communication within the community, The O’Zone requests that you submit any such questions and or rumors to this site to be brought to the Superintendent’s attention.
